Account management risk triggering "Needs Attention" warning

Could we separate the “Account-management risk” advisory from the “Needs attention” status?

Ideally, we could acknowledge that risk once per channel, after which it would stop triggering the warning badge. The risk information could remain available on the channel’s details page.

“Needs attention” should highlight actionable issues we need to fix. Persistent advisories create make it easier to miss genuine trading or connection problems.
